General Shipping Information

The shipping costs include expenses for postage, packaging, logistics, and fees for selected payment methods.

The shipping costs vary depending on the characteristics of the ordered product, such as size and weight. The exact costs will be displayed transparently on the product pages, in the shopping cart, and before the completion of your order. All stated shipping prices already include the statutory value-added tax.

Parcel Shipping

Parcel shipping is carried out via one of our logistics partners, which may include well-known service providers such as DHL, GLS, DPD, or UPS. A free choice of the shipping company is not possible, as the selection depends on the warehouse location of the item.

Freight Shipping

Large appliances that cannot be shipped as a parcel due to their dimensions or weight will be delivered by a freight forwarder commissioned by us. With this shipping method, it is mandatory to provide a valid telephone number. The freight forwarder will contact you by telephone within one to two days after dispatch to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. Delivery is made to the curbside. With ground-level accessibility, delivery is made to the first lockable door.
